What Claw King is
Claw King is not a cartoon simulator. Each cabinet is a real machine with a camera. When it is your turn, the claw on that machine moves because you moved it. Wins add toys to your collection. Fill a collection and you can claim a physical gift or voucher, then we pack and ship it.
One machine at a time
Players line up for a cabinet. When you reach the front, you get the controls. Everyone else waits their turn — including you, next time.

How play works
From login to a shipped prize, the loop is the same on every machine.

Sign in on your device
Create or open an account (typically with a mobile number and a one-time code). The app remembers your device so you can pick up where you left off. One live play session at a time — a second login can kick the first.

Spend chances, join a queue
Turns cost chances (also called claws). You may receive a daily allotment of free chances and can buy more. Pick a machine — or let the app send you to the shortest wait — and enter the queue. Demo cabinets, when they exist, are for testing and do not follow paid play rules.

Watch the live feed
When you are next, you see the cabinet in near-real time. Line up the claw over the toy you want. The stream is a camera on the machine, not a pre-rendered animation.

Catch — then win or miss
Move with the pad, then tap Catch to drop. If the claw holds the prize through the chute, that play is a win. If it slips, it is a miss. Either way the turn ends and the next player in queue is promoted.

Build a collection
Wins count toward a collection for that toy or set. Each collection has a target (for example, catch a certain number of a plush). Progress lives on your account so you can finish it across sessions.

Claim and ship
When a collection is complete, you can claim the linked prize — a physical gift we ship to an address you provide, or a voucher, depending on the reward. We track packing and delivery from Order through Delivered. Prize claims and purchases are for adults, or a parent/guardian acting for a teen player. See Terms.
Chances to play
A chance is a turn token, not money in a wallet. Starting a game on a live machine deducts chances from your balance. Free chances may refresh on a schedule we set in the app. Bought chances are added after a completed in-app or store purchase. Unused chances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Play recordings
We may record a play from the machine camera — for fairness reviews, support, and game history. Those clips can be stored with a cloud file host (including object storage such as Amazon S3). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
