Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of the Claw King app (package com.clawgame.clawking), related player APIs, and this website. They are an agreement between you and the operator named below.

1. The service

Claw King lets you play physical claw machines over the internet: live camera, a player queue, claw controls, win or miss, collection toward a claimable prize, and shipping of physical gifts when you claim. Chances (claws) are consumed to play. The service is entertainment and skill on a real machine — not a bank, not a wallet, and not a cash-out product.

2. Eligibility and age

You must not use Claw King if you are under 13. You should be 18 or older to create an account, buy chances, and claim or receive shipped prizes in your own name. If you are 13–17, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms, supervise play, complete any purchase, and take delivery of prizes. We may suspend accounts that appear to belong to children under 13.

3. Accounts and device login

You may sign in with a device identifier and/or a mobile number and OTP, depending on the build. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep OTP codes private. We may allow only one live play session at a time; signing in elsewhere can disconnect the first device. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts for fraud, abuse, or unpaid chargebacks.

4. Gameplay: queue, catch, win, miss

  • You join a queue for a machine. Controls are available when you are first in line.
  • You align the claw and drop it. The physical machine determines whether the toy is caught.
  • A win can add to your collection. A miss ends the turn without that credit.
  • We do not guarantee a catch. Machine occupancy, stream delay, and hardware faults can happen. If a turn fails because the machine or stream died, contact support — we may restore a chance at our discretion, not as an obligation to pay money.

5. Chances and purchases

Turns cost chances. Free chances may be granted on a schedule we set. Bought chances are added after Google Play (or another listed payment partner) confirms the purchase. Chances are licensed game items: they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for value, or withdrawn. Prices and pack sizes are shown in the shop at the time of purchase. Platform refund rules (Google Play) apply to store purchases.

Demo or test machines, when offered, may skip chance deduction — they are not a promise of free unlimited play on live prize machines.

6. Collection, prizes, and shipping

Collections have a target (for example a number of a toy). Completing a collection may let you claim a physical gift or a voucher, as shown in the app. Physical prizes require a valid shipping address. We may refuse addresses we cannot serve, or prizes that are out of stock, and may substitute a reasonably similar item or credit chances at our discretion.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s rules once the parcel is handed over. You must provide accurate contact details. Import duties, if any, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise. Unclaimed collections may expire if the campaign ends — we will describe time limits in the app when they apply.

7. Video and fair play

Cameras on machines provide the live view. We may record plays and store clips in cloud storage (including Amazon S3) as described in the Privacy Policy. You must not attempt to interfere with machines, queues, streams, or other players, or to exploit bugs for extra chances or prizes.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, or overload our systems; create fake accounts to farm free chances; harass staff; or use the service for anything illegal. We may cancel chances, collections, or shipments obtained through abuse.

9. Availability

Machines, cameras, and networks go down. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance can happen without notice. This website is informational and may not always list live machine status.

10. Intellectual property

Claw King names, logos, app software, and machine footage we produce are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for play. You do not own the machines, the toys in the cabinet until a prize is validly claimed and shipped to you, or the recordings.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free play. Physical claw machines are unpredictable; that is part of the game.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for lost chances, lost collection progress, missed prizes due to address errors, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for chances in the 90 days before the claim, or if you paid nothing, a small nominal amount of INR 1,000. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited (for example proven fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such a limit is forbidden).

13. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. Surviving sections include purchases already processed, shipping already in progress, and sections 10–15.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you a mandatory forum.
